Since that time, our focus has been on refining the blend of all-round performance, through the biggest possible wind range, and combining this with the excellent handling that has become a Ken Black hallmark. The Hekler, Max, Thunderbird and now the Thunderbird T4, have all developed this theme, to what is now an incredibly high standard. The introduction of the new 'Airframe' construction technique to the 'T4 brings further significant improvements. A lighter overall weight combined with improved durability and stability of flow-shape will ensure that the Thunderbird will deliver the promised performance for longer than ever. The T4 features a huge range of adjustment by way of downhaul and outhaul, that allows the rider to achieve a setting to suit their weight and sailing style and to adjust for the conditions. It can be set full for low-end power or flat and twisted in a style that will handle the most overpowering conditions with ease.
